Alex Collier is a contactee with a group of very human looking extra-terrestrials from the Andromeda Galaxy and the Constellation of Andromeda. The Andromedans came back in time to 1964 to contact Alex; however, there are other Andromedan contacts. The Adromedans would like our part of the the galaxy to evolve. What is holding back our solar system is the consciousness of humanity on the earth. The earth as a spiritual entity wants to move into fourth and fifth density. The earth cannot yet move into fourth densitry because of the consciousness of humanity. Humanity must grow up or be removed. The option of being cleansed or removed does not involve us using or free will. This is called the Earth Dilemma.
