This video was NOT leaked by NASA. It was intercepted by a guy called Sir William Valentine who didn’t even know what he had. It was a message he intercepted from space and not from here on Earth. He was found dead in very suspicious circumstances when his car crashed on a straight road. The pathologist said it looked like he had been attacked by a giant laser from the sky. His observatory was wrecked by someone looking for the tape. Valentine has sent it by post to a journalist for decoding and this was its result.
